My mission is to help you find joy, clarity, and meaning in your life.

I'm Liz King, and I am a certified life and performance coach. After losing my biggest cheerleader in 2022 when my mom passed away, I realized that it was time for me to step up as my own biggest advocate and cheerleader. My journey has led me to specialize in helping people navigate life's many changes including loss, job changes, new family additions, marriage, divorce, and more.

How does life coaching differ from therapy?

Therapy focuses on mental health; life coaching focuses on goals. The major difference between therapy and life coaching is the focus of the work: therapy focuses on mental health and emotional healing, while life coaching focuses on setting and achieving goals.

How often are coaching sessions conducted?

Ideally, one-on-one coaching takes place every two weeks for a minimum of three months. Group coaching programs meet weekly over the course of 3-4 months.

What if I'm unsure about my goals and direction?

If you are unsure of your goals and direction, schedule a free one-on-one to start to gain some clarity.
